Terms and Conditions: Students or alumni who apply to and are accepted as mentees in the PLAN Connector Program must read the information below and agree to the terms listed.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your email address will be provided to mentors once the match is confirmed. All information you hear or obtain from the mentor must be kept confidential by you indefinitely unless disclosure is permitted by the mentor or is required by law.
CANCELLATIONS
If an upcoming meeting needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, mentees are responsible for contacting the mentor directly. Mentors are required to contact the program administrator (MYPAC) if they wish to pause or cancel their participation in the PLAN Connector Program.

WAIVER
- I have reviewed the information about the Peer Learning & Alumni Networking (PLAN) Connecter Program. I shall comply with the terms and conditions of the PLAN Connector Program and instructions from the Faculty of Environmental & Urban Change.
- York University does not screen alumni participants in the PLAN Connector Program. I shall conduct my own due diligence against the alumni participant selected as my mentor.
- York University assumes no responsibility over the quality or outcome of my participation in the PLAN Connector Program.
- I assume all the risks of participating in the PLAN Connector Program. I am solely responsible for my own actions and omissions while participating in the PLAN Connector Program and I accept the consequences thereof.
- I hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless York University, its officers, Board of Governors, employees and agents, and the alumni participant, from any and all liability, claim, damage, loss, cost and expense of every nature and description, howsoever arising from my participation in the PLAN Connector Program including but not limited to negligence, injury or death, and loss or damage to property.
